PRACTICAL GUIDE
Choose how much action you want alongside discovery
A mysterious world can ask for combat, movement or deliberate evidence work. Curiosity alone does not make those commitments identical.
Inspect the repeated activity
TUNIC includes action in its premise. Obra Dinn centres investigation and deduction. Watch what the player repeatedly does, not only what the world looks like.
Check perspective and tone
First-person movement and unsettling creatures are different preference checks. Use representative footage and official content information.
Protect the part you care about
If discovery is the attraction, avoid a guide that explains the whole world merely to answer a question about controls.
